We deliver medicines and health products to all counties in Kenya from our licensed pharmacy in Nairobi. This page sets out exactly what delivery costs, how long it takes, which areas we cover, and what happens if something goes wrong.

  • Free delivery ≥ KSh 2,000
  • Same-day dispatch (orders before 2 pm, Mon–Sat)
  • All 47 counties in Kenya
  • Nairobi: same or next day
  • Upcountry: 2–5 working days
  • Tamper-evident packaging

1. Service Area

We ship to all 47 counties in Kenya. Same-day and next-day delivery runs within Nairobi and its environs. All other destinations are served via trusted courier partners with an estimated delivery window of 2–5 working days.

We do not currently ship outside Kenya. For international enquiries email [email protected].

2. Free Delivery — Orders of KSh 2,000 or More

Every order whose product subtotal reaches KSh 2,000 (after any discounts, before delivery) qualifies for free delivery anywhere in Kenya. No discount code is needed — the fee drops to KSh 0 automatically at checkout.

  • The threshold is based on the product subtotal after discounts, not including delivery.
  • Free delivery applies to the standard delivery speed for your location (same day / next day for Nairobi; 2–5 working days for upcountry).
  • If you return an item and your order subtotal falls below KSh 2,000 as a result, the applicable delivery fee is deducted from your refund.

3. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Every order is checked by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch. For OTC medicines, cosmetics, and devices this check is quick — usually completed within a few hours. Prescription orders require a separate verification step (see Section 5).

  • Ordered before 2:00 pm EAT (Mon–Sat): checked and dispatched the same day. Handling time = 0 business days.
  • Ordered after 2:00 pm, on Sunday, or on a Kenyan public holiday: dispatched the next working day. Handling time = 1 business day.
  • An SMS or WhatsApp dispatch notification is sent as soon as your parcel leaves the pharmacy.

4. Delivery Zones, Timelines & Costs

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). The exact fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before payment — you are never charged more than what is displayed.

5. Prescription Orders

Prescription medicines must be verified by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch. This adds a review step but typically does not cause significant delays:

  1. Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your valid signed prescription during checkout, or send it via WhatsApp to +254 768 933871.
  2. Our pharmacist reviews the prescription — usually within 2 hours on a working day.
  3. If the prescription is valid and stock is available, we confirm and dispatch. If anything needs clarifying, we will call or WhatsApp you first.
  4. Controlled substances and certain high-risk medicines may require additional verification or may not be available for home delivery under Kenyan pharmacy regulations.

The 2:00 pm dispatch cut-off still applies: prescriptions verified before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day; those verified after 2:00 pm are dispatched the next working day.

6. Packaging

  • All orders are packed in tamper-evident bags or sealed boxes. If your parcel arrives with a broken seal, do not accept it — photograph it and contact us immediately.
  • Temperature-sensitive items (certain eye drops, some probiotics, refrigerated medicines) are packed with insulating material and dispatched early in the day to limit heat exposure during transit.
  • Fragile items — glass bottles, medical devices — are bubble-wrapped and clearly marked as fragile.
  • The outer label shows your name, address, and order number. Product or medicine names are not printed on the outside to protect your privacy.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation from us. After that:

  • Nairobi same-day deliveries: the rider calls or messages you directly when nearby. There is no separate tracking link for same-day orders.
  • Upcountry courier deliveries: we share a courier tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the courier's own tracking platform.
  • You can also check your order status at any time on your account page or by calling / WhatsApp-ing +254 768 933871.

8. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable when the rider arrives:

  • The rider calls the phone number on the order. After two unanswered attempts, the parcel is returned to the pharmacy.
  • We will contact you to schedule a re-delivery. A second delivery fee applies unless the missed delivery was caused by our error.
  • If we cannot reach you within 3 working days of a failed delivery, the order is cancelled and refunded minus the original delivery fee.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier:

  • Email [email protected] quoting your order number (format: ZIO-XXXXXX).
  • Or call / WhatsApp +254 768 933871 (Mon–Sat, 8 am–7 pm).

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund including the delivery fee.

10. Delivery to a Third Party

You may enter a different name, address, and phone number at checkout to have the order delivered to a family member, caregiver, or colleague. For prescription orders delivered to a third party, the prescription must still be submitted and verified in the patient's name.

11. Changes to This Policy

We update this page whenever delivery fees, areas, or timelines change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes (new zones, revised free-delivery threshold) will be flagged on the homepage for at least two weeks before taking effect.
