Delivery times, costs, areas covered, and how we get your order safely to your door — anywhere in Kenya.
We deliver medicines and health products to all counties in Kenya from our licensed pharmacy in Nairobi. This page sets out exactly what delivery costs, how long it takes, which areas we cover, and what happens if something goes wrong.
We ship to all 47 counties in Kenya. Same-day and next-day delivery runs within Nairobi and its environs. All other destinations are served via trusted courier partners with an estimated delivery window of 2–5 working days.
We do not currently ship outside Kenya. For international enquiries email [email protected].
Every order whose product subtotal reaches KSh 2,000 (after any discounts, before delivery) qualifies for free delivery anywhere in Kenya. No discount code is needed — the fee drops to KSh 0 automatically at checkout.
Every order is checked by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch. For OTC medicines, cosmetics, and devices this check is quick — usually completed within a few hours. Prescription orders require a separate verification step (see Section 5).
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). The exact fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before payment — you are never charged more than what is displayed.

Prescription medicines must be verified by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch. This adds a review step but typically does not cause significant delays:
The 2:00 pm dispatch cut-off still applies: prescriptions verified before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day; those verified after 2:00 pm are dispatched the next working day.
Once dispatched, you receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation from us. After that:

You may enter a different name, address, and phone number at checkout to have the order delivered to a family member, caregiver, or colleague. For prescription orders delivered to a third party, the prescription must still be submitted and verified in the patient's name.
We update this page whenever delivery fees, areas, or timelines change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes (new zones, revised free-delivery threshold) will be flagged on the homepage for at least two weeks before taking effect.
